The final steel frame building drawings are forwarded to our production facility, which houses our Howick Frama roll forming machine. This roll forming machine then forms C-sections with widths of 75, 89, 100, 120, 150, 200 and 250 mm. Our roll-forming machine also punches holes in the profiles for electrical and mechanical wiring.\n\nOur roll forming machine is accurate down to the millimetre. The steel we use has a zinc-magnesium protected top layer, does not rust, is dimensionally stable, shows no shrinkage and meets the quality standard and conditions for CE marking.
