ORDER STEEL FRAME

Order a Ripstaal steel frame

Ordering or requesting a steel frame is straightforward, but it's crucial to provide the correct information. Here, you'll find everything you need to realise your project quickly and perfectly. Ordering your groundwork is as easy as assembling your kitchen or wardrobe – who wouldn't want that?

Our steel frames are incredibly strong thanks to the way the profiles are constructed. For a shed, interior walls, or other small constructions, they can be realised and produced quickly. For larger structures, a calculation is necessary, which takes a little more time. However, with the right bracing and purlins, our steel frame is also exceptionally suitable for load-bearing structures.

Available profile options

Our machine is capable of processing seven different widths, with the dimensions below (in mm). In the profiles, access holes for electricity, water, and even ventilation are possible in the 250 mm profile.

For electrical or plumbing work, oval holes of 30 x 50 mm are possible in each profile. Additionally, holes with a diameter of 140 mm can be made in the 250 mm profile.

Processing your order

If you know the profile you desire, the measurement and planning can begin. What do we need for that?

  • External dimensions: L×W×H
  • Dimensions of openings: doors and windows
  • Position of openings: doors and windows
  • Desired spacing between uprights: 400 mm or 600 mm (or otherwise on request)
  • Height and location of through-holes for electrical or pipework
  • Any specific additional styles for the installation of interior walls
  • If applicable: maximum width per wall

Once you provide us with this information, we can draw up a quote for you. Upon approval of the quote, we will ensure that everything is realised for you as quickly as possible.

Delivery choice

We offer three delivery options with our steel frame.

Option 1: Individual profiles

With this option, you will receive loose profiles that have not yet been assembled. This means you will receive a flat-pack kit that needs to be fully assembled on site. We will provide an installation drawing showing how the frame should be constructed, including the necessary screws. This will allow you to assemble the steel frame quickly and easily.

Option 2: Mounted frames

If you want to save time on the construction site, you can opt for partially assembled frames. With this option, we supply complete frames that are easy to connect to each other. All frames are numbered, and using installation drawings, you can quickly assemble the steel framework. The required screws are included.

Option 3: Frames with external cladding

With this option, you will not only receive complete frames that are easy to assemble, but also frames fitted with external cladding, consisting of 18 mm or 12 mm chipboard on one side. This makes it possible to quickly and easily install internal pipework, insulation and a vapour barrier before the wall is fully sealed. With this option too, the necessary screws for assembling the steel frame are included.
