The Drywall reveal gypsum board® from Ripstaal is a prefabricated day edge system consisting of a plasterboard with an integrated corner bead and a loose PVC U-profile. The soft PVC flange ensures a perfect seal against the frame. This creates a neat finish without shrinkage cracks or peeling plaster.

With the Ripstaal Easy Corner, external corners of plasterwork are finished tightly and impact-resistant. The self-adhesive corner protector is very suitable for protecting external corners and is made of solid and durable material.

You can choose to use the U-profile with a soft PVC flange so that you always have a tight seal against the frame. This perfect seal means you won't need to trim anything.
Available as standard in lengths of 2600 and 3000 mm and widths of 150 to 400 mm (per 50 mm). Available on request up to 1200 mm wide (per 50 pieces).
1. Measurement: Measure the day side carefully.
2. Sawing: Cut the plasterboard and profile to size.
3. Fitting: Stick the profile tightly and squarely against the frame. Apply non-expanding PU foam to the back of the day side gypsum board Place the board firmly in the profile and press it firmly against the substrate.
4. Finish: After the foam cures, seal the connections and seams neatly.
The day side is now tight and ready for painting, spraying or wallpapering.
