Ripstaal Klick-board®: plasterboards with click system
Ripstaal Klick Board is a post-processed standard A-board or Diamond Board board. However, Klick-board is fitted with one or more plastic 'click profiles' with transport strip, which ensures stable and flat transport. After cutting to size, the transport strip is removed. The board can then be folded at right angles and clicked together. This creates a stable and strong outer corner with a built-in corner protection profile.
Klick-board®: An innovative plasterboard
Ripstaal KlicK-board® is an innovative plasterboard that is delivered horizontally. You then simply give the board the desired shape. By means of a patented unique click profile. Ripstaal KlicK-board® makes prefabricated work possible on external corners of your renovation or construction project.
Time saving
Using Klick-board® means huge savings in labour time! The board is cut horizontally to size. It is then simply clicked together, forming a permanently stable structure. You can create corners, column enclosures, coves, casings, etc. in no time at all. One simple movement and the desired model is ready. The corners are provided with internal protection, making the application of a corner protector unnecessary. Finally, the construction can be finished immediately with a decoration product of your choice.
Efficient transport
The boards are transported horizontally to the building site, making optimum use of the truck's loading capacity. Ripstaal KlicK-board® has different versions for indoor and outdoor use (standard, hydro and outdoor gypsum board). These have a thickness of 12.5 mm and are available in various dimensions.

A sleek result in 7 easy steps
- Attach battens to hold the KlicK board.
- Cut the KlicK board flat to the desired dimensions.
- Remove the transport strip from the click profile.
- Click the plate, from the outer sides, into the desired corner, column or enclosure.
- Press gently along the sides of the click profile to make sure the profile is properly clicked everywhere.
- Attach the KlicK board to the battens with screws and finish the seams with fabric tape.
- Finish KlicK-board with almost any decorative material. Check the processing requirements of the relevant products for any priming.
