Properties of dovetailed sheets
Profiled dovetailed sheets are made in our own factory. The technique of dovetailed sheeting, in use since 1859, has been greatly improved by experts at Ripstaal and also made available for both new construction and renovation projects.

It is possible to attach the dovetailed sheets to an existing floor, but we strongly recommend removing the current/old floor boards first. NOW AVAILABLE UP TO 15000MM!
Ordering dovetailed sheets made to measure
The original plates are rolled, self-supporting steel reinforcement plates. These plates serve as shuttering and reinforcement of thin lightweight concrete floors. Or they are used on wooden or steel support structures. Since 2019, Ripstaal has also been one of the most reliable suppliers of dovetailed sheets in the Netherlands.

ZW 10 fixing rails floor heating
This mounting rail provides the solution for mounting the frequently used underfloor heating in dovetailed sheet floors.
For installations on the dovetailed plate, screw the rails directly to the plate. As a rule of thumb for numbers, you can use 3 rails per square metre of surface area. You apply the rails over the entire floor area to be fitted with underfloor heating.
The mounting rails can also be used for mounting underfloor heating on floor insulation layers.
The fixing rail is suitable for underfloor heating pipes of 14-22mm. The rails has a length of 1 metre.
