Day edge plasterboard® a time-saving all-in-one solution

The Rip Steel Day edge plasterboard is a time-saving all-in-one solution for the perfect finishing of reveals in any renovation or new build project. 

Not only is the edge-finished plasterboard very easy to install, but it also eliminates the need for finishing work and painting. This results in time savings of up to 60%. 

The plasterboard is easily placed into a plastic window jamb profile with a strong adhesive strip. This allows the board to be attached very easily and quickly to the frame.
The soft PVC flange on the U-profile greatly reduces the chance of shrinkage cracks in the finishing layer. This flange also ensures that the plaster does not crack and detach from the frame. This makes trimming and painting unnecessary.

Klick-board®: An innovative plasterboard sheet

Ripstaal KlicK-board® is an innovative plasterboard that is supplied horizontally. Using the patented unique click profile, you can easily shape the board to your desired form. Ripstaal KlicK-board® makes prefabrication possible on external corners of your renovation or construction project. This means enormous savings on labour time. 

Using our patented click system, you can create corners, column cladding, cove ceilings, boxing, and more in the blink of an eye. This offers significant time and material savings. Furthermore, you don't compromise on quality, as you can achieve a neatly finished external corner in no time at all, without any additional steps. Drying time is a thing of the past!

Using Klick-board® means huge savings in labour time! The board is cut horizontally to size. It is then simply clicked together, forming a permanently stable structure. You can create corners, column enclosures, coves, casings, etc. in no time at all. One simple movement and the desired model is ready. The corners are provided with internal protection, making the application of a corner protector unnecessary. Finally, the construction can be finished immediately with a decoration product of your choice.

Efficient transport

The boards are transported horizontally to the building site, making optimum use of the truck's loading capacity. Ripstaal KlicK-board® has different versions for indoor and outdoor use (standard, hydro and outdoor gypsum board). These have a thickness of 12.5 mm and are available in various dimensions.

Ripstrail dovetail plate

for the construction of load-bearing and also waterproof floors, one can dovetailed sheets use. Ripstaal is a producer of high-quality dovetail sheets, intended for floor constructions in new builds and renovations. Dovetail sheets have a profile and are therefore simple They are also strong, rigid, fire-resistant and even thermally and acoustically insulating (on request).

Profiled dovetailed sheets are made in our own factory. The technique of dovetailed sheeting, in use since 1859, has been greatly improved by experts at Ripstaal and also made available for both new construction and renovation projects.

Stardrain linear drain: the innovative drainage solution

The Ripstaal Stardrain a channel drain consisting of a plastic (PVC) channel element with an aluminium design grate. The channel drain is suitable for around the home where no traffic loads occur.
There are several options for draining the water coming from the Ripstaal Stardrain linear channel, including the sewer or an infiltration system. 

By discharging to an infiltration system, one also contributes to sustainability and improves the water balance of the soil. 

The innovative nature of the Ripstaal Stardrain linear drain saves you up to 2 hours on every corner that normally took much longer. The Ripstaal Stardrain channel drain has the option for a side and bottom outlet. The side outlet is integrated into the end plate, the bottom outlet into a connecting coupling.

The Ripstaal Easy Corner is the self-adhesive corner protector that you stick to the wall using adhesive strips. With the Ripstaal Easy Corner, external plaster corners are finished neatly and impact-resistant. The self-adhesive corner protector is very suitable for protecting external corners and is made from solid and durable material.
